De-google update for 2024:
• Fastmail has so far been pretty great. Web UI requires reloading about once a week, spam filtering is not as good as Google's, but this is fine. Calendar is great (I use Fantastical as a front-end).
• I transferred all critical google docs to my public gmail account—I'll keep that account since it's handy to have.
• For google voice, I was finally able to get Twilio to approve an A2P campaign so I can ultimately set up sms forwarding.
