The whole promise of shipping short, small changes, is that you can KEEP DOING THAT. It allows you to squelch potentially paralyzing discussions around scope, because you can keep tweaking it an iterating it.

But certain products and certain teams and certain companies apply this concept to the company as a whole, and not to any product or feature (see Apple, Google).

When you sprinkle in some DORA, you get misaligned incentives: ship often, no matter what. If it doesn't crash, you’re fine
